Early 20th Century American Navajo Carpet
Navajo weavers just love zig-zags, be they small or, as here, bold, defining a central column of soft grey and red diamonds. The black central column is the most striking motif and the nearby tones grade off through grey to sand with no side borders, just narrow black and sand strip end borders. Small scale color joins. Good condition.
